The committees requirements at RSF Tennis, we built our own content management system so they could update the website themselves, this meant that a member of the committee could update the images, content, manage pages, see what visitors had been searching for, upload upcoming events and upload file attachments to any page. They wanted to be able to publish company news so we added this into the system so they could be easily managed.

To make uploading match results and coaching lesson availability easier, we simplified this by allowing them to upload an excel spreadsheet, that could be loaded in and automatically converted into dynamic tables.

RSF Tennis Membership Website

RSF Tennis wanted members to sign up to 6-month and 12-month tennis memberships, we created a series of dashboard pages where if a member was logged in, they would be able to update their personal details, renew their membership and send messages
directly to other members through a private members chat area. The recurring memberships were processed through PayPal and when the fees got updated on the website, the renewal prices automatically updated when everyone’s membership came up for renewal.

We used google calendar API to show coaching availability and when new lesson requests were filled out and they were
automatically updated. The data was also stored in a google spreadsheet automatically, saving the business time, money, resources and reduced the complexity of maintaining up-to-date information.
