Project Brief

iFocal Media provide professional Sikh wedding photography and cinematography using DSLR cameras, cranes and glidetracks to get a professional video of your special day. We were contacted by the business owner to design a new website that would showcase their work.

The owner had a website developer in mind for the project but wanted a web agency to come up with the design. Our design would then be sent to the developer who would then build the website for them.

Their current website is not mobile-friendly so we showed the client how the design would work on mobile and tablet devices. We had to think about what information would be important to visitors arriving at the website and layout the website accordingly.

Solution

With the current website not being mobile-friendly we wanted to ensure that we put in place a responsive website that would cover all devices. We did this by adding responsive code to the site that would improve it’s layout dependant on which device you were using.

We wanted to make an impact with the home page and we wanted to improve on the slider. The best solution we had was to use a full screen slider of their best wedding photos to showcase their finest work to visitors of the site.

The client wanted to keep the red colour on the new website. We found ways of using the red for calls to action to take the customer to the next stage of the buying process whilst keeping the businesses colours at the fore-front of the site.
