Project Brief

Ideal Glass and Glazing approached us several years ago as they needed someone to design and build some pay per click landing pages. Their website had been poorly built and lacked a professional design that would convert visitors into customers. We wanted to do our best to help Ideal Glass so we proposed a rebuild their website to fix the issues and more.

When we first took a look at their Google Analytics data we weren’t surprised that 95% of visitors left the website without viewing another page. The website was failing, and the company was investing heavily in Pay Per Click advertising as sales were not being generated from the website.

After several months hard work we gave the website a complete overhaul and we worked our SEO magic. We submitted the website to search engines so they could recrawl the website and within a month we started to see positive change.

Over the next few months the bounce rate continued to fall and the average time spent on the website went from 20 seconds up to 2 minutes and enquiries started picking up.

Fast-forward a year and the company have been able purchase new vans and are now looking to employ new staff to keep up with demand. They have paused their pay per click campaigns as they are fully booked up with work thanks to a our successful SEO campaign.


Ideal Glass and Glazing were not ranking for product and service keywords so our main focus was improving their visibility online. Since working with the company they are now ranking number 1 in Google for 50 keyword searches. We improved the setup of their Google Analytics account to track important visitor actions on the website.

Before we started working with Ideal Glass and Glazing, they were trying Facebook advertising and Pay Per Click without the ability to track their return on investment. Unfortunately the company website was badly built and this meant visitors didn’t spend much time on the website and would visit one page and leave.

The first thing we did was redesign and rebuild the website so it looked more professional. We made improvements to how their website worked on mobile devices and we improved the content throughout the website. This led to more visitors staying on the website for longer and resulted in more phone calls and enquiries.

Lacey Tech are a 10 out of 5 – Lacey Tech have been looking after us for quite a few years now and have turned our online presence around. Our bounce rate was at 99% and it is now at 12%. Our visits were an average of 300 per month and now we are getting 7000 average visitors per month. As you can see Lacey Tech have pulled us out of the dark and put our company in the light. We can’t wait to see what the future brings with our new website soon to be launched, using Lacey Tech’s SEO and pay per click adverts the sky is the limit!
