Project Brief

First1Right is a plumbing, draining and heating services company. They previously had a 1 page website before contacting our team at Lacey Tech. We wanted to ensure the clients new website had more pages to showcase the businesses services.

Our team improved the site in many ways:

Focusing on making key pages more visual.
Included various calls to action to help visitors understand what to do next – by making it easy to contact the company, which we factored within the design
On computers and tablets, we added the telephone number at the top of the website.
On mobiles we turned the phone number into a clickable button which would prompt visitors to the telephone keypad on their device, thus making the website responsive across all devices.

Solution

The First1Right website previously didn’t structure information over several pages. Our team conducted thorough keyword research from different sources to help us understand sections of the website that would need to be focused on, thus allowing us to write 750 words of customer eccentric content across all the services pages, which would improve the websites SEO outreach and improve the content as a whole.

Normally when customers sign up to monthly website optimisation services, this helps them gain authority and online visibility that attracts potential new customers. With the emergence of COVID-19, what we have done is ensure we spend a few hours each month monitoring their website, analysing visitor keyword searches and planning the marketing strategy for when lockdown has ended.

Results

The client was very happy with the site that we created for him and praised the improvements which would go on to improve the success of the business online. Additionally, with the new website the client could log in and manage his website at any time, this is something his previous website did not provide.
